Remark

Remark

Shun Tak Centre is located at 168-200 Connaught Road Central, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong. It consists of two office towers, the East Tower (now known as the Shun Tak Centre) and the West Tower, which were completed in 1985 and 1986, respectively. The tallest building has 40 floors and features a shopping mall and parking lot, with multiple elevators providing efficient transport. Originally the site of the Harbour Hotel, it was converted into a commercial building in 1995 and is known for its twin-tower design. The mall level connects to the Hong Kong-Macau Ferry Terminal and includes a helipad for easy access to Hong Kong and Macau.

The Shun Tak Centre is suitable for semi-retail use, with a total floor area of approximately 385,000 square feet, equipped with 16 passenger elevators and 1 freight elevator. The tenants include multinational companies and government agencies, and it connects to the D exit of Sheung Wan MTR Station, with a covered elevated walkway system.
