One Peking, located at 1 Peking Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, was completed in 2004. Standing 30 stories tall, its sailboat-like design features solar panels on the roof, making it Hong Kong's first commercial building with this installation. Previously the site of the Tsim Sha Tsui Market (built in 1911 and demolished in 1999), it now houses premium offices and luxury retail shops, as well as high-end restaurants and bars. The building is a prominent landmark near the Tsim Sha Tsui Star Ferry Pier, Canton Road, and Harbour City.
